After a 15-year corporate career, I transitioned to mental health work in 2020 and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2022. I love supporting & guiding individuals who are seeking insight and change in their lives as they pursue the healing, self-direction and connectivity needed to build a life that has meaning and value to them.
Educated and trained at Columbia University and Boston University, I’m a certified trauma specialist (Arizona Trauma Institute) and I’m certified in EMDR. I’ve previously worked on a mobile crisis team at the University of Rochester Medical Center, a behavioral pharmacology research team at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and in various other residential & outpatient mental health & substance abuse treatment settings.
