I have 8+ years experience supporting adolescent & adult mental health in a variety of roles & settings. I began practicing psychotherapy in 2022. After a 15 year business career, at age 43 I decided to pursue my authentic purpose. I love supporting & guiding individuals who are seeking insight and change in their lives as they pursue the healing, self-direction and connectivity needed to build a life that has meaning and value to them.

Educated and trained at Columbia University and Boston University, I’m certified as a trauma specialist by the Arizona Trauma Institute and I’m trained & certified in neuropsychotherapy & EMDR by Dr. Jennifer Sweeton (Stanford University). I am also trained in perinatal mental health, including paternal mental health, by Postpartum Support International. I previously worked on a mobile crisis team at the University of Rochester Medical Center, a behavioral pharmacology research team at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and in various other residential & outpatient mental health & substance abuse treatment settings.
